About the Institution
The Bai Avabai Framji Petit Girl’s High School was founded in 1913 as an orphanage and boarding school at the primary level. In 1963, the school began to accept day scholars and students. Since then, it has expanded into a secondary school. The boarders come from underprivileged backgrounds and therefore receive education and boarding entirely free of cost. The school is private, unaided, and run by a charitable trust. The school is dedicated to nurturing young minds and providing quality education to the diverse communities it serves. The school supports 950 girls, including 120 students from below the poverty line who are provided boarding and education free of cost or at highly subsidised rates.
